Keyna aims to be sustainable in all aspects of the business and will always strive to be better as time goes on. Right now, all of our pieces are made with recycled metal which is minimising waste and not contributing to the mining industry. All of our packaging is recycled and recyclable. Read more here.

All of our gold jewellery is made of recycled 9ct solid gold (37.5% recycled gold and 62.5% recycled silver and copper) and all of our silver jewellery is made from recycled 925 sterling silver (92.5% recycled silver and 7.5% recycled copper). Read more about our recycled metal here.

As all of our pieces are made to order, we only sell directly via our website and do not wholesale, but any stockist information will be communicated on all of our online platforms.

Everything you need to make your ring, plus casting, professional finishing and delivery of your finished 925 recycled sterling silver ring.

Gold is an additional cost and is calculated on the day according to the weight of your ring and the colour you choose (yellow, rose or white). We'll confirm the price with you before casting. On average a 9ct solid gold yellow ring would range from $200-$2000.

One ring within our standard weight allowance is included. If your design exceeds the allowance, we'll let you know before casting and you can adjust your design or pay the additional metal cost.

Nothing! Just yourself and an open mind. All tools and materials are provided.

Workshops are for ages 16+. Participants aged 16–17 must have a legal guardian present.

We take every care when preparing your piece. In the unlikely event that a casting isn't successful, we'll work with you to recast your piece or find the best solution.

If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop, you may receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
If you cancel within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the workshop, you may instead receive a credit for the amount paid.
The credit may be used toward a future Keyna workshop or toward eligible Keyna jewellery purchases.
Credits are subject to any expiry period stated when the credit is issued.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are generally non-refundable.
If you do not attend your workshop and have not contacted Keyna in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.

The best way to get an accurate size of your finger is to go to a local jeweller and get them to size it for you. You can also get your ring size by downloading and printing our size guide.

Remember that each finger size differs. If you have any questions or trouble, contact us for help.

You can send us back your ring and we will either resize it or replace it, depending on the size difference that you need. Please note that the shipment and production of the new ring will be at your own cost.

Keyna Jewellery is made from recycled sterling silver and solid gold.

These metals are durable and have a longevity but still need some love and care.

We recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming and exercising.

Avoid your jewellery coming into contact with salt water or chlorinated water, household chemicals and perfume, or body creams.

Store your jewellery in a soft fabric pouch or box and if possible, avoid storing different coloured metals together in the same place.

To clean your jewellery, use a jewellery cloth and, if tarnishing occurs, use a suitable metal cleaning solution.

Please choose your pieces carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind, however we are happy to offer an exchange for a size or style with the same dollar value within 14 days of receiving the purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition. If the item has been worn, we cannot offer an exchange.

We are unable to accept exchanges of earrings under any circumstances so please take care when ordering and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

We will not exchange or return sale items, one-off pieces or custom pieces.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

All refunds are will be made after we have received the piece back from you, and shipping the piece is at your own cost.
